The business I work for bought one of these for each of our locations. Each location has at least 10 people which is over the suggested 5. The shredders lasted about 9 months working well. Now the shredders are constanting running unless you turn it off or open the door. Granted the shredder was over worked in our offices, but it still could have lasted longer. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
