after using this shredder for an hour since it was open,working fine then left the switch on overnight..the next morning tried to use it.,but it won't shred at all, switch light (green) is on but won't shred either...so i called support ...who are so rude, that the first thing she told me IF I USE A LUBRICANT ! i said no ....for goodness sake this is just out of the box?....she said SORRY !!!if you did not lubricate the shredder your WARRANTY IS VOID !!!!

so ihave a useleess shredder made by ATIVA.....so if you are thinking or buying anything....REMEMBER ATIVA ARE THE WORST SHREDDER !!!!
