it only lasted us about 6 mo. We used it to the point the basket had to emptied every week, if not the cutters would jam. It would overheat easily. Finally one day the cutters\'s stopped moving. With no receipt, well there wasn\'t much we could do. It was very easy to use but it didn\'t handled our shredding requirements.
